Sprague RV Park Policies:
 

1. No personal property is allowed to accumulate as storage outside of the RV.  Anything that is stored must be approved by management in writing.
2. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 6 AM.
3. Respect other guest's space.
4. No campfires except in the common area fire pit.
5. Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and are not allowed.
6. All trash must be disposed of in the provided dumpster on the East end of the property. 
7. Check out time is 11am. 
8. All RV's and vehicles must be currently registered and kept in good working condition.
9. No criminal or drug activity at or near the Park will be tolerated.
10. Failure to follow these policies will result in removal from the park without warning.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Reservations cancelled within one week of arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
3. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to no refund.

Pet Rules:

1. Pets are to be on a leash at all times when outside, owners are required to pick up after their pets and use the designated pet area.
2. The park has a two pet maximum per space.  Any more than two pet requires payment of the applicable pet fee.  
3. If your pet shows aggressive behavior it will be asked to be removed from the park.
4. Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
5. Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and are not allowed.
6. The guest who holds the reservation must be the owner of the pet, no outside pets allowed.

Short-term stays (less than 30 days):

1. A maximum of 4 adults and 4 children are allowed per space.  

Long-term stays (more than 30 days):

1. A maximum of 4 adults and 4 children are allowed per space. More than 2 adults and 2 children will result in an occupancy charge of $50 per adult and $25 per child, per month.
